Yes. Most insurance plans are accepted. Please have your insurance card when you are setting up your appointment, as the platform will provide you with information regarding your insurance being accepted and/or your copay. Medicaid is not accepted at this time. I am only based in IL, but BCBS of Massachusetts is accepted.
I would suggest asking your insurance carrier these questions below, as I cannot answer should you need to know:
Do I have mental health insurance benefits?
What is my deductible and has it been met?
How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?
What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
Is approval required from my primary care physician?
Please complete any necessary intake paperwork before our intake session. Our sessions will be virtual and scheduled for one hour. If you are unable to meet for the full hour, now or in the future, I ask that you please schedule a time and date when you’re available for the full hour. Please avoid leaving session early, if not discussed prior to (unless it’s an emergency of course).
On most of the pages you can click on the 'work with me' or 'schedule an appointment' button and it will lead you to set up your appointment and/or a 15 min consultation. You can also use the contact us page if you have questions.
Up to 24 hours required to avoid fee. There is a $75 fee for no show/late cancelation *(and up to 20 minutes into the session), but I am asking that you reach out to me ASAP, to avoid it. If a client has 2 no shows in a row without any contact, clinician will cancel following appointments and/or not allow future appointments.
*coming to session and ending after 20 min.
Please reschedule if you are aware that an hour won't work for you on that appointment.

Yes. Please contact me to discuss fees and documentation requests for outside entities. Any services that need to be completed on a client's behalf could result in a fee that will most likely NOT be covered by insurance. Client would receive a separate invoice from clinician.
Note: Documentation is ONLY provided for clients of the clinician, or at least 3 sessions need to be completed. *Clinician could request more sessions to be completed at her discrepancy.
